Sheldon, Golf Fit's Fitness Director, began his golf journey at age 3. With over a decade of training experience and five years in the golf industry, Sheldon's expertise has earned him recognition as one of Golf Digest's 50 Best Fitness Trainers in America. Dedicated to optimizing performance, his innovative approach blends fitness and golf to unlock athletes' full potential on and off the course.

Tanner Martty

Tanner merges sports performance expertise with a holistic fitness approach. Prioritizing individual needs, he enhances movement quality for improved life and golf performance through personalized programs focusing on functional strength and flexibility, always putting the athlete first.

Jeni DelPozo

Jeni truly believes that fitness should be fun. It should be challenging, but she wants it to be something that you look forward to, and don’t dread doing. Jeni’s workouts are all based on the foundation of Pilates. Making sure the form is correct is most important to Jeni because then you can get the most out of each workout. She is not a method person

and thinks fitness is different for everybody and that’s why she includes so many different types of workouts for her members.

Bret Hoffer

Dr. Bret integrates his long career in sports chiropractic and his personal athletic journey as a benchmark for individualized training programs. Working with LPGA players, recreational golfers and wellness clients, his focus is on efficiency of functional movements by addressing imbalances to improve daily life and golf performance.
