Equipment Options

Equipment You’ll Need for Golf Fit Workouts

Our workouts are designed to require minimal equipment. For most exercises, all you need are a few key items that are affordable, easy to use, and perfect for training at home.



LEVEL 1 Workouts (Beginner):

Several Level 1 workouts do not require equipment, and some require only a golf club. 


For other Level 1 workouts, you'll need these three essentials, which are portable and simple to use:


Anchored Resistance Band: A long band that secures to a door or stable surface for strength and flexibility exercises.


Mini Band: A small, looped band that helps target specific muscle groups, especially in the lower body.


Long Loop Band: A versatile band used for both mobility and strength work.

LEVEL 2 & 3 Workouts (Intermediate to Advanced):

As you move up to Level 2 and 3, you can enhance your workouts with additional equipment to build more power and strength. But don’t worry—you can still complete many of these workouts without the extra gear.


Anchored Resistance Band, Mini Band, Long Loop Band: These bands continue to be key for more advanced strength and mobility exercises.


Medicine Ball (Optional): Used for explosive power exercises, but not required. If you don't have one, we offer alternative exercises that don’t require the ball.


Dumbbells (Optional): A great tool to add resistance to certain exercises, but bodyweight alternatives are provided in each workout.


Workout Bench (Optional): Used for added versatility, but you can always modify exercises using a sturdy chair or even the ground.
