At Golf Fit, we understand that each member comes with a unique body and fitness history. Therefore, we have designed our workout levels based on movement complexity, rather than workout difficulty. We encourage our members to find their appropriate level in each workout category and approach the program with an athlete's mindset.

Dr. Bret integrates his long career in sports chiropractic and his personal athletic journey as a benchmark for individualized training programs. Working with LPGA players, recreational golfers and wellness clients, his focus is on efficiency of functional movements by addressing imbalances to improve daily life and golf performance.

Jeni truly believes that fitness should be fun. It should be challenging, but she wants it to be something that you look forward to, and don’t dread doing. Jeni’s workouts are all based on the foundation of Pilates. Making sure the form is correct is most important to Jeni because then you can get the most out of each workout. She is not a method person
and thinks fitness is different for everybody and that’s why she includes so many different types of workouts for her members.
